Samvinna is an Icelandic word meaning joint (sam) work (vinna). Its roots point to the idea of shared effort: people contributing toward a common purpose. That meaning sits at the center of Samvinna Solutions. The work is collaborative by design: listening carefully, surfacing what matters, and helping people move toward a clearer understanding of what needs to change.
